During that time, we have developed a unique full-service operation that can assist you in negotiating with your insurance company, recreating the design of your destroyed home (or design a different home) and to rebuild your home in a timely and affordable manner.

JCC has become synonymous with value in high-end homes. Close by, in a high-end gated community called "The Country" in Diamond Bar, JCC has designed and built over 100 custom homes. JCC is also one of few builders in Southern California with expertise in re-building homes that have been damaged or destroyed, including homes destroyed in the Oakland East Bay wildfires and the Northridge earthquake. JCC can provide valuable experience and assistance with the insurance adjusting and claims process, develop a reconstruction budget and plans, and then rebuild your home to your specifications and budget. In addition, many families have come to need or want changes in their home's floor plan and amenities. Due to our expert in-house design capability, JCC can work with you to develop plans for a home that once re-built will suit your present needs and have amenities including the modern materials and design touches that you desire. Our construction and in house design experience is especially helpful when working with your insurance company to be sure that you get everything that you are entitled to receive.
